About Our Management Team

Paul Gangloff Jr., President/CEO:  Contact Paul for estimating, lighting retrofits, and lighting studies.  Paul brings his thirty years of experience in the electrical field to Riverside. Paul is a 1975 graduate of Xavier High School, with honors. He attended the University of Cincinnati Electrical Engineering Technology Program and graduated from the National Joint Apprenticeship Training program.  His broad experience in servicing customer needs and commitment to quality make him the ideal leader for the company team.

Janet Gangloff, Vice President of Sales and Marketing: Contact Janet regarding your lighting needs in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.  Janet brings fifteen years of sales and marketing experience to the company. She is in charge of the company's public relations, free technology seminars and new customer sales.

Krista Jacob, Service Manager: Contact Krista for all of your exterior lighting needs. Krista has been an employee of Riverside for over 10 years and has worked in various capacities in most areas of the company. As Service Manager, Krista coordinates service routes in the Midwest region while also maintaining customer relationships and overseeing office staff.

John Backscheider-Midwest Sales Manager: Contact John for estimates, site visits, lighting retrofit and electrical projects around the tri-state area including Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis and Lexington. John's background includes BS in Business Administration with over 25 year's sales and marketing experience. This includes over fourteen years in specialty construction including project managing dozens of lighting and control system installs for government and commercial customers. John successfully led projects at Fort Stewart, Fort Benning and Charleston Naval Air Station among others.
 

Tiffany Hollis, Lighting Management Program Coordinator: Tiffany is a nine year customer service veteran who joined Riverside in early 2008. She and her support staff manage the daily aspects of the Lighting Management Program.

Jim Case, Controller:  Contact Jim about billing and payment questions.  Jim is a four year veteran in the USAF and a graduate of Thomas Moore College with BS in Business Administration.  Jim is been part of the Riverside Electric management team for over 23 years.

Scott McDonald, Sales Associate: Contact Scott for your commercial and home standby generator needs. Scott brings 19 years of experience in the electrical field including six years as a commercial / residential electrician. Scott has also managed a local electrical supply house selling everything from lighting to generators. Scott makes a great addition to the Riverside team as our generator sales associate for commercial and residential generators.
